Member's of the Association "Members' means a person who is eligible to carry on the profession of architect, Engineer or licensed surveyors under any rules. Municipal or Governmental for the time being in force and who subscribes to the aims and objectives Or the Memorandum of Association and who having applied for the same is admitted as a member of the Association and who pays the life membership fee  and an entrance fees of  both non refundable at all times, under all circumstances. PROVIDED that the Executive Committee may conveniently decide the year of membership in that event the membership be deemed to have commenced from that financial year. "Rules" means the rules of the Association for the time being in force
